SANBRI, whose trademarks include L’ATELIER DU VIN, L’ATELIER D’EXERCICES, is a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €612,000, listed with the Beauvais Companies Register under number RC 562 039 560, its head office is located at 3 Place de l’Usine 60120 Bonneuil-les-Eaux France – Tel. +33(0)344070711 and it markets its products on the website


The products purchased on the website are sold to non-trading natural persons.


1.Acceptance of the terms and conditions

The applicable general sales conditions are those in force when the order is placed. The Customer acknowledges that when they placed the order they were aware of the specific terms and conditions of sale set out and expressly declares that they accept them unreservedly. Approval of the general sales conditions, payment, and sending an order confirmation to the Customer is proof that a contract has been entered into between SANBRI and the Customer.



The products listed on the website are available for sale. However, if exceptionally the product ordered becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the Customer shall be informed by e-mail no later than five (5) working days after the order has been confirmed.


The photographs of the products have no contractual value, but are, in terms of shape and colour, as faithful a reproduction as possible, which the Customer is invited to view. If errors are made, in no case shall SANBRI’s liability be called into question.



The prices given on the website are in euros “including all taxes” but excluding delivery costs.

VAT shall be that charged in Metropolitan France on the day the order is placed.

The prices applied are those provided on the website when the order is placed, and the final price is provided when the order confirmation is sent by SANBRI to the Customer.

Delivery costs are excluded from the prices given unless otherwise stated. The amount of shipping costs is given to the Customer as and when they make purchases, and after confirming their order.

For products from L’ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN, the time it takes to calculate shipping costs may require a delay that SANBRI shall endeavour to shorten. This amount shall be communicated to the Customer in a reasonable period of time.

Delivery costs shall be paid by the Customer and invoiced in addition to the sale price of the Products.



On the home page of the L’ATELIER DU VIN website, the Customer can consult the digital version of the catalogue and browse through the products on the website. The Customer chooses the article that they wish to purchase and clicks on the “Add to cart” icon. This adds the item to the Customer’s cart. The Customer can choose to continue shopping or consult the contents of their cart at any time by clicking on “Cart”. If the Customer has finished and wants to complete their shopping, they click on “Continue with my order” and follow the instructions that take them to the Cart until payment is confirmed. The Customer may, at any time, return to their purchases or modify the entered data. To finish shopping, the Customer must log in by typing in their user ID and password if already registered. If this is not the case, the Customer must fill in the registration form.


SANBRI shall confirm its acceptance of the order to the Customer via the e-mail address provided by them. The sale shall only be concluded once the order is confirmed. The price owed by the Customer is the amount on the order confirmation received by the Customer.


SANBRI reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order including abnormal or improper claims, exchanges, and returns. The information given by the Customer when the order is taken shall be binding upon the latter. If there is an error in the wording of the recipient’s address, the seller cannot be held liable for problems delivering the product.



The price charged to the Customer is the one indicated on the order confirmation sent to the Customer. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the order.

The amount of the invoice is debited from the Customer’s bank account on the date of shipment of the products. In case of partial delivery, only the amount of the products actually delivered will be debited.

The accepted payment methods are: credit card via Stripe payment provider, Paypal, Klarna for a 3-time payment, Amazon Pay and bank transfer. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (except in India), Discover & Diners Club.



Free shipping from 50€ purchase (in mainland France).

For security reasons, the holder of the order must be the holder of the credit card. On request, the products can be shipped to another address.

The different delivery methods used by SANBRI are DHL, Colissimo and DPD relay. Colissimo: The delivery time is 48/72h for mainland France, J+5 to J+7 for DOM TOM and differs according to the country of delivery. DHL: The delivery time is 24h for mainland France and differs according to the country of delivery. DPD relay: Delivery method used only for mainland France. Delivery to a relay point within 48 hours. The SANBRI team sends an email to the Customer as soon as the package is shipped, with a package number so that the Customer can track the progress of the delivery on the website,,

For deliveries outside mainland France, the Customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and all taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.

If the Customer has not received his order within 10 working days, SANBRI recommends contacting customer service as soon as possible using the contact form for “Individuals” in the “Contact” section. In this way, SANBRI’s sales team can check the status of the order and carry out specific research with the carrier. If the Customer prefers, it is possible to check this information directly with Colissimo (on the website

Orders placed on on Friday from 1pm, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday, if possible. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, if possible.

Shipments are suspended every Saturday and Sunday and on holidays. In case of extended delivery times, the customer is notified when placing his order. Note: traffic being dense and intense around Christmas time, there may be delays compared to indicated shipping times. Recommendation: to receive your package before Christmas holidays, SANBRI suggests that you place your order a few weeks before your desired delivery date.

7.Receipt of orders

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when the order was placed.

Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the products are collected by the carrier.

The delivery slip provided by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer when the products are delivered shall constitute proof of transport and delivery.

Once the parcel has been received, the Customer should verify the number of parcels and whether the products match the accompanying delivery slip, and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and well preserved.


If any of these circumstances arise, the Customer must immediately dispute the delivery, inform the deliverer, and ask to sign with reservations on the shipping document, stating “I accept with a reservation owing to…” (e.g. ‘damaged packaging’), sign the document and ask the deliverer to counter-sign it. This procedure is necessary to obtain the deliverer’s liability for any damage cause during the transportation. These reservations shall be confirmed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) days following delivery of the products. A copy shall be sent by e-mail to SANBRI at the following address:

8.Collection of products if the Customer is absent

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier shall leave a delivery notification at the address provided by the Customer. The products shall be collected at the address and under the terms and conditions given by the carrier.

If the products are not collected within the time specified by the carrier they shall be returned to SANBRI. SANBRI reserves the right to reimburse the price of the products, however the Customer shall pay delivery costs.


9.Right to cancel

The Customer shall send or return the goods to SANBRI or a person named by the latter, without undue delay, and at the latest within a fortnight following notification of their decision to cancel in accordance with Article L. 221-21, unless SANBRI offers to collect these goods. The products should not have been used..

N.B.: the products produced on request, indicated by a special icon, and/or personalised, are not subject to the right to cancel and may not be reimbursed.

Therefore, and by way of example, all products from L’ARCHITECTURE INTERIEURE DU VIN may not be subject to the right to cancel.

For any returns under the right to cancel, the procedure below must be fully complied:

SANBRI shall respond to the Customer within 48 working hours by sending a return number to be included on the parcel.

The Customer shall attach the Delivery Slip provided when it was delivered to their parcel. Without this slip, the return shall not be recorded.

The products must be sent back in their original packaging, with any labels or accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They should not be used or spoiled. The original box containing the goods needs to be put in packaging specially designed to protect the original material from any damage, inscriptions, or modification. SANBRI reserves the right to refuse goods returned and charge the Customer the shipping costs.

The return costs shall be paid by the Customer alone.


If the conditions of return are fulfilled, SANBRI shall reimburse the Customer the total amount of their order within fifteen (15) days from receipt by SANBRI of the products, with the exception of the costs of retuning products which shall be paid for by the Customer. SANBRI shall reimburse the total amount of the products returned once the condition of the goods received has been checked. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in Beauvais (France).


If a Customer acts improperly, SANBRI reserves the right to suspend the processing of orders and deliveries to this Customer. SANBRI is not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. This is why we recommend you only use reliable and secure shipping methods, for example DHL, DPD Relais and the French Post Office Colissimo service in France, which offers parcel tracking guarantees.


10.Loyaulty Program


L’Atelier du Vin’s loyalty program is developed and managed by SANBRI SAS.

Membership in the loyalty program is effective upon creation of an account on The creation of this account is free and accessible to all private customers, worldwide.

L’Atelier du Vin’s loyalty account allows you to accumulate points for each purchase. The use of points is conditioned to the existence of an account.

The use of points is applicable at any time and that, without limit in time.


o 1 € all tax included (or $1) spent excluding delivery costs = 1 point
o 1 € all tax included (or $1) spent among our Special Offers excluding delivery costs = 2 points
o Sharing pages and products on social networks = 15 points
o Sponsorship = 50 points
o Birthday = 200 points


Once a reward is used, the points are deducted and updated on the customer account.

All the rewards are cumulative under the condition of reaching the required level. Discounts linked to the use of points are valid with no minimum purchase on the website, excluding special offers, delivery fees and use of a gift card.

When using a gift card at the time of purchase, no points will be credited, even if the Customer has an account on

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the points deducted for the use of a reward will not be credited back to the loyalty account. The points earned through a purchase will be discredited when exercising the right of withdrawal.


Sharing pages and products on social networks:

To earn 15 points on the loyalty program, simply share a page, article, or product from our website on eligible social networks*. To do so, the Customer will be invited to click on the social network icons located on each product page, above the title or in the footer of the website. The addition of points will then be done automatically on the customer account.

The number of shares is maximum one (1) per day, if more shares are made, they will not be counted, and loyalty points will not be credited to the Customer account.

The Customer can sponsor his relatives by email from the page “My loyalty points”. The Customer simply sends the link received by email, to the people they wish to refer. When a visitor from the sponsorship link received registers, he is sponsored by the user who sent this link. 50 points will then be credited to the sponsor’s account on the first purchase made by the sponsor. There is no maximum number of referrals that can be made.



The day before the birthday of the customer, communicated during the creation of his account, he will be able to benefit from 200 points automatically credited on his loyalty account.


VIP status:

The VIP status is awarded once the 500 points threshold is reached. Once acquired, even if the number of points falls below the 500 points thresholds, the VIP status is retained for an unlimited period.

o Access to previews of new products
o Other advantages that will be communicated as they are put in place.

SANBRI SAS is exempt from all liability for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies and malfunctions in the loyalty account, whatever their causes. SANBRI SAS shall nevertheless make every effort to ensure that each member retains the benefit of his or her accumulated points in the event of a malfunction.

In the event of a dispute concerning the amount accumulated, only the information contained in the SANBRI SAS database shall be deemed authentic.

The nature and scope of the benefits and privileges to which the L’Atelier du Vin loyalty program entitles, as well as the terms and conditions of use and validity, may be modified by SANBRI SAS, without prior notice, without any claim or compensation being able to be demanded by the Customer.



11.Confidentiality and personal data

Personal information is processed by SANBRI to manage Customer relations.

The personal data then collected is processed by the data controller which is SANBRI. This data is collected when fulfilling the contract and is required to supply the products. It is intended for SANBRI as well as external service providers that the data controller calls upon (in particular the carrier). They shall be kept for the entire duration of the contract, and up to five years after its fulfilment.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and restrict the processing, to delete, and the right to the portability of their data according to the Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no. (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

If there is a difficulty managing your personal data, the Customer may submit a claim to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL) or any other competent authority.



In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation, in particular through the Consumption Mediation Commission or existing sector mediation bodies (, or any alternate way of settling disputes (e.g. conciliation).



This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an out-of-court agreement between the parties, the dispute shall be handled by the court chosen by the Customer; i.e. in the place where the products were delivered. 

SANBRI shall not be liable for damages of any kind, both material and immaterial, resulting from the poor operation or the improper use of the products marketed. SANBRI’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.




The legal guarantee shall oblige the professional seller to safeguard the Customer against all consequences resulting from and hidden defects of the product sold.

SANBRI shall ensure the conformity of the goods in the contract, enabling the Customer to put forward a request under the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code or the guarantee against defects of the product sold under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause that has nothing to do with the intrinsic qualities of the products.

If a legal guarantee of conformity is implemented, it is recalled that:

• the Customer has 2 years from when the goods are delivered to act;

• the Customer may choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions under Article L. 217-17 of the French Consumer Code.

This clause is only applicable if the order is paid in full.

The Customer is invited to contact SANBRI customer services who shall tell them what to do to return their product. No return shall be accepted without prior agreement granted by issuance of a number and return agreement slip. This return agreement is valid for 8 working days.

Please refer to article 9 for the terms and conditions of returning a product.


15.Intellectual Property

The website is the property of SANBRI in its entirety. This includes the rights attached thereto, as well as the right to publish information from the e boutique catalogue, and in particular the photographs for which it obtained authorisations from the people concerned. The partial or full reproduction, on any media, of information from the website and the catalogue, their use, as well as their provision are formally forbidden.
