Son bouquet s’ouvre sur des notes de fruits blancs, d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches, soutenues par une délicate minéralité.

En bouche, l’attaque est franche et vive. La bulle, fine et élégante, accompagne une texture soyeuse où s’équilibrent fraîcheur, rondeur et tension. Sa finale persistante, aux accents citronnés et crayeux, en fait un champagne aussi agréable à l’apéritif qu’en accompagnement de fruits de mer, d’huîtres ou d’un carpaccio de Saint-Jacques.
