Tribute to Pierre
To our companion in the adventures and construction of L’Atelier du Vin,
To my father,
Pierre suddenly left us in this month of November 2022. Too young; way too young.
His olympic shape or almost (he drove kilometers on his bike from Brittany to his vineyards in Champagne, passing through those of Burgundy in particular) allowed him to enjoy life, the real one, until his last moments.
He knew how to climb hills: an entrepreneur at heart, he showed an amazing ambition from a very young age. And a generous benevolence towards those who surrounded him, who were close to him.
L’Atelier du Vin allowed him to express his taste for the design of well-thought and well-made products. Those we keep for a lifetime. The ones that you put in your hand and make you feel instantly so good.
L’Atelier du Vin gave him the opportunity to meet people from all over the world: the real food for an extraordinary personality. He, a man from the land of Sézannais, was at ease and radiant from New York to Hong Kong.
What a void.
We will continue the road & respect the values passed on and cultivated year after year.
