There are so many different aromas, flavours, notes and tannins that not every red wine can be painted with the same brush. Of course, mass-produced \u201cwine\u201d, with added grapefruit or other citrus flavours, should be avoided. But ros\u00e9 produced by vinifying grapes, with genuine winemaking <em>savoir-faire<\/em>, is worthy of the respect of all wine lovers and oenologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ros\u00e9 is a Mix of Red and White Wine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>False! With the exception of a few authorised AOCs, such as Champagne. Most ros\u00e9 wine is produced by <strong>direct pressing<\/strong> (short maceration of grape juice and skin, followed by direct pressing) or using the <strong><em>saign\u00e9e<\/em> method<\/strong> (extraction of grape skin during the maceration phase).
